Swimbridge Run was a popular 3k run for 8-14’s and a 10k adults run started from Swimbridge Park every year May for around 7 years. It had a reputation as being one of the toughest runs in North Devon. The route took participants on part road, part track, stream crossings, woodland paths and stunning views via the old silver mines and Daffodil valley passing through the picturesque hamlets of Hannaford, Hearson, Wrimstone and Dennington.
